I think the R5 on R2 Palitoy 20 back wins it for me but other severe favourites would be (assume all Palitoy!):

Luke FB on Vader 12 back (actually, an damned card)
Anakin on Vader Trilogo (good call, Carl)
TFP on AT-AT Driver....sweeeeet

I wonder how many miscard combos originally hit the shop floors back in the day...
