What will CB AFA 80 + / C9+ 12 backs look like 30 years?

I got to say i have done a few experiments in the past and i believe there is no way a perfectly sealed bubble will ever just falled off even in 200 years! I pushed on a beater bubble hard as **** from above for over 30 mintues and it didn't budge. One off my mates left heavy wieghts above the bubble for a year and it had zero effect. You need to remember these are heat sealed not glued!

So are people saying 12 , 20 , 21 backs are the best quality for longevity?

The truth is nobody knows. Plastic itself as a material is less than 100 years old. It may evapourate for all we know.
