I'm a head of department. But my head of faculty and I don't see eye to eye. She's a total control freak and completely anal about being tidy. I'm the only guy in the office and not exactly tidy or fussy about paper like the other heads of department. I also try to have fun (of the legal type) with the kids and get on with my department.

My whole management style winds the hell out of her and she has tried to get me into trouble with a senior member of staff on occasions.


But out of the 6 departments, guess who gets the best results? And not by a small amount either!!!!! 8) :lol:

same as here mate, my groups get great results because we have a bit of fun and its relaxed in my room!

Some of the 6th formers are very forward! one was particularly forward for a while until I had a chat!

They cant help it mate, two perfect specimens like us teaching them!

My school is about 75% asian.

Very male denied. They go crazy at times over men.

It's seriously scary
