Wanting your opinion on my new figures

Hi guys,

Just picked these two up. Am on the finishing straight to finishing my loose vintage collection.

What do you think to these, obviously the R2 sticker is poor. What do you think of the saber though?

Also what do you think of the Blue Snaggletooth and how much do you think its worth? I realise this should probably be in the valuation section but thought doing 1 post may be best.

Looks like he has his shiny new boots on. Repainted by the looks of it. Either that or he walked everywhere on his hands.

They dont look repainted. Im not very good at taking photos, that photo is taken with flash on.

If they where repainting the boots you would have thought they would have done the hands so I dont think they are but...

I think Josh means that the hands suggest a well played with figure and that it's almost impossible the boots wouldn't have sustained at least some play damage as well.

I would say the lightsabre is almost definitely a repro.

As for the Blue Snaggletooth his boots do look a bit suspect. Not only judging by the hands would you expect more wear to the boots (This silver paint was particularly vulnerable) but also the finish to the paint itself just doesnt look quite right. This may be because of the flash but my hunch would be that they may well have been repainted. :|

A valuation for the Blue Snaggletooth is very difficult as it very much depends on whether the boots have been repainted or not.
