Walrus with no markings.

It could be a first shot, but it could be a decent custom job. I really no nothing about first shots & such pre production items but suggest you need to get someone to have a look at it in detail, Maybe someone at UKG can help?
It looks PBP to me, PBP is made with a 1 left and also nearly nothing left on the leg. There should be a little . under where the 1 normally would have been. It can sometimes be hard to see the . The . is also under the number 1 on other PBP figures. I do not have my PBP book in my hand, but I can check it later today to be 100% sure.

On closer inspection, it does look like a marking may have been erased, but its very feint and my camera cannot capture it so cant say for sure.

I would summise PBP. If you have a regular Kenner Walrus Man photograph him next to it. The PBP blue is darker than the regular Kenner.
