thats the wrong colour so no. cut kenobi cape more likely could be toltoys but i doubt.

jawa cape is same colour as jawa yours is to orange

It's not right and as metioned looks like a cut Kenobi cape, look at how rough the edges are, someone has made a pigs ear of it.

Mark's right about how rough the collar is, must have cut it down to make it look the same shape. Also the blaster doesn't look good although maybe it's a Tri Logo one but I wouldn't trust it. I think it's some very clever posing to make the arm holes look tight as well, I'm thinking this seller can't be trusted at all.
