Yeah I saw that, It's going to go for a lot. He has 2 as well. Would love to have one but it's already out of my price league!

Yep seen them come up last night and having two as well wow! will indeed be interesting to see the hammer price.

Would be nice to be rich!..

He must really need the money to be selling the straight 90s one and not the other. If I had to keep one it'd be the 90s. I'm guessing £12-15k.

Hahaha!! Took less than 24hrs for someone to post a link here!!

Haha sorry. I'm new to the forum and as excited as puppy when his master comes home at being back into collecting.

Defo that - I would have listed the 85-90-90 instead and keep the JEWL 90-90-90 strange one because either one is gonna make big big bucks ,a once in a life time purchase :D just not my life time :(

Do you reckon it would be nice to be rich? Just being able to buy every rare figure in mint condition you please? Of course it sounds nice, but what about that excitement of the bargain hunt? If you are rich you'd probably cause the prices to shoot up for all the other collectors because you can pay top dollar.

Just trying to make you, and others, feel better :D

That is a great point. The sense of achievement is massively diminished if money is no object.

That said, I would really, really, really like to be rich for this listing. Just this one then I'd go back to being of more humble means! For this 90/90/90 I would have expected some of the really big guns to be out for this one. A penny less than £15k and I will be surprised. I would have guessed closer to 20k but then I have no idea how many of these are known to exist. Great piece. A real treasure, especially in that condition.

According to the AFA pop grading report there are at least 177 of them. So not that rare relatively, but the ultimate high status item. 2 AFA 95s out there as well! 20 90s. Plus all the UKGs and non graded. Probably double that number in total, but most SW collectors wants one.

3-Tier Grades (Items Graded 2003-Present)

Grade Qty.-Clear Qty.-Yellow
100 0 0 0 0 0 0
95 2 0 0 0 0 0
90 20 0 0 0 0 0
85 71 0 0 0 0 0
80 36 0 0 0 0 0
75 6 0 0 0 0 0
70 6 0 0 0 0 0
60 26 0 0 0 0 0
50 8 0 0 0 0 0
40 2 0 0 0 0 0
Totals: 177 0 0 0 0 0

That's a handy resource to know about. I should have known, CGC have an identical one for comics. Doh.

177 AFAd ones and a few more non-AFAd ones. too. I know that's not exactly plenty to go around but that doesn't really count as "rare" in my head. Rare should be reserved for the low 10s. I retract my earlier mind boggling figure of 20k  It's still a wonderful piece but even if I had the money (and I'm a fair way off it) I wouldn't spend daft amounts on it. Certainly not 5 figures. Think of the 12 back Palitoy goodness you could buy instead of just one of these!

Wow, never knew anything with a 95 grade except those older single graded items. I assume those 2 are single graded?

Bingo. 1 basket, eggs, and all that. You have 30 graded carded figures instead 1, and if 1 of those £300 graded figure cracks, then what, it's worth maybe £50-100 less. It goes on the Jawa and you probably lose £7k.

Looks like a scam to me . Two listings for AFA 90 VCJ in less than a week with both listings containing the same crappy pics.
