Hello , i have 400+ loose star wars figures for sale and am looking for a vintage toy shop in the yorkshire area to sell them to ive looked on google etc but have had no success , does anyone know any shops that would make me an offer ? cheers Lee

toy shops are few and far between now to be honest.

got any pics? some of the fellas on here may be interested.

yeh, let people on here see what you have - Toy Stores, if in existance, will only give you pennies anyway

As the others have said, there aren't many toy shops that will buy them from you, and those that will won't give you much. You would be better off (financially) sticking them on Ebay, OR sticking some pictures up on here (there's a thread on how to do it somewhere) and the guys here can make you offers and or tell you roughly what they are worth.

Not sure about your knowledge of vintage SW's but don't be expecting to be able to retire from the proceeds! Unless the figures are all still on the card and in pristene condition!

ok guys thanks for the replies , ill try and get some pics sorted there not on the cards but they are all in pretty good nick .

If some of them are in mint condition i.e C9.5 - C10 then I'd be interested.

The lads are right if you did managed to get a toy store interested you would be very lucky to get £300 - £400 for the lot on a bulk purchase.

whats the best way to sell then ? would rather shift the lot in one go rather than bits and bobs :)

If you sold them in one go then you would get about a 3rd of what you could get as the only people who would buy the lot are dealers.

However selling the best figures individually on a site like this then selling the rest on ebay would see a far more profitable return

Yeah, Jay is right there. Entirely up to you. If just want shot of them in one lot you won't get half as much as if you sell them individually. It's a bit more hassle, but you will end up better off. Your figures, your call!

If you've any questions ask away, for what its worth I have no interest in loose figures so I won't be trying to buy any off you.
