Does the figure come out? You have yourself there a weapon error miscard buddy. Unless someone did the old switcheroo with the crack but I would very much doubt that.

I had this exact figure on the exact card and it also had a imperial blaster error weapon I think it's quite common with this figure/card combo

i spy foot bubble damaged. it may sound silly wrap a small piece of celophane around the bottom of bubble to stop the bubble cracking more and figure bursting out. ive done this previously 8)

Rob, great pick up on the IG-88. The cardback is was more than you paid, let alone bubble and figure.
