Sounds like Ronnie Corbett narrating the Palitoy commercials.

And it annoys me the kids look like they're having way more fun than I ever did playing with star wars toys in the commercials. All I remember doing in my room was crying and wanking a lot. Not much has changed I think, hahahaha.
