Vintage Luke Skywalker long tip Lightsaber

I am new to this forum but have a question for you guys. I recently bought a Luke Skywalker figure with his light saber. In the Ebay auction i thought it was the Double Telescoping one, however its not. Its the one solid piece lightsaber but it has a long tip, which i have not seen before. I believe it to be original because it is transparent in the light and slightly bends. I just like for you guys to tell me more on this lightsaber. Thanks all

That's an original saber where someone has stretched out the tip. I've seen a few over the years.

yes i used to chew the ends off when i was a kid , pulled in the teeth, no joke :lol:

I have a red one that looks like that, bought 16 years ago. I have never understood why it look like that. Thanks for the info and I am glad to see I am not the only one who have one. Seller just told me it was a production error :lol:
