Am I right in saying that Luke poncho comes with a black Palace blaster and Luke Stormie comes with a black imperial laser rifle?

Yes, Luke Poncho and Lando General come with Black Palace Blasters - some on eBay try to pass them off with a grey one but that only came with Luke Jedi

Luke Stormtrooper came with a Black Stormtrooper Blaster - he is the only regular figure released with this blaster but a couple of the Droids figures (Kez Iban & Thall Joben) were also released with that one - again a lot of seller try to pass off the blue/black one as original
