Totally agree, I haven't had to wait a month for mine either this time, arrived today aswell.

My AT-AT Driver turned up today and much as Mark said it was absolutely bomb proof. Took ages to get into it. My only gripe was that on a previous auction when they sent me eleven Mocs I seem to remember I paid £11 and change and this time I paid £10 and change to get one.

It would seem that previous criticism has been taken on board and dealt with in an appropriate manner.

Hopefully this will be the start of a far better customer service experience from vectis going forwards.

Hopefully, this will reflect the service going forward

Yes, my point was that they have seemingly taken a big leap forward since they had some disgruntled customers complaining here last week. It looks like feedback has been taken on and acted on. This is a good thing for everyone. I'm sure if that is their attitude now is an open and reactive one the service can get even better, and they can closer integrate themselves into the community.

There has been further feedback on other threads that does not just relate to their delivery issues. There has been handling of items, issues with the descriptions and many other small wrinkles. If they can sort all of the out as well then then the service will improve further. Why should they not strive to be better at what they do?

Very positive stuff, and some great purchases lads. It just goes to show what constructive criticism can achieve.

Having raised my general concerns on here and subsequently having chatted via email with them, I have confidence we will indeed start to see improvements. I really think that as a business they do care, but they have been a victim of their own success in many ways.

They assured me that they have already increased their staffing in the pick and pack section. Long may the improvements continue. I have no problem paying for the service they offer when that service is always improving :D

Yes it's all good Vectis have stepped it up etc but come on, at 24% total of the hammer price in fees and VAT, so they damn well should :!: :!:

Any way i dont get this, i ordered 2 back catalogs and they are sent out the same day yet the items i won 11 days ago still sit in storage....

I'm going up later this week or early next week Lee - can I help?
