I need a valuation on this jawa with damaged cape, the figure and cape is in perfect shape beside the punktured cape shown.
I bought this recently and the punkture was completly unmentioned and it was described as minty and would grade AFA85...... i was shocked when it arrived.

Thanks

Wow, it isn't exactly hidden is it?!

Jesus. Some people.

Hope you figure it out, I think its all relative to what you paid and what YOU personally think its worth. I would have no clue what it would grade, but an AFA85 one is around £450+ so probably between £300-£400 loose.

With that puncture hole it would display nicely, but I wouldn't want to pay any more than £100. That's just me personally, so I would leave it up to what you I think.

I paid around £300 and i would def. send it back for a refund IF the seller hasnt gone quiet on me, at first he got back to me claiming it was a factory error and it didnt affect value but once i said i wanted a refund he vanished.

I want to see how much money a lost on this deal before i decide how to proceed with this matter.

I paid £275 for a vgc one not long ago. Wasnt it off you?

I saw a damaged one sell for £125 so I think £120-£150 is about right.

Competition for a 'cheap' VC Jawa will always be high. If you were to sell it I suspect you would get at least $250 maybe $300 for it.

Ok, thanks for the input.... im trying to figure out what the seller owes me

I think £150 is slightly low end for this - probably closer to £175-£180

It is still unacceptable not to mention what is a fairly obvious flaw in an expensive piece - was the seller on eBay?

Well i sold this for £200 here on forum.... i strongly doubt ill ever see a £100 refund from the original seller.
At this Point im just glad its gone, made me sick looking at it :/

Thanks for all inputs guys

Wow, i hope you get your other £100 back from the seller mate, as it would suck to lose £100 on it for nothing.

Also well sold, i think that was a strong sale for £200, as i also estimated it would sell around the £150 mark.

Really gutted for you mate, hope the prick who sold it you refunds you the difference, I'm sure karma will get back to him.

Look a nice little Jawa other than the small hole in the cape.
