Vader

Is there an accurate record or does anyone know which actor played Vader in each scene ? I know Prowse did for the whole of Star Wars and Bob Anderson did the fight scene in Empire but I read different stories in the past that Prowse wasn't involved in Jedi too much, so did Bob Anderson do most of it in Jedi ? I'm just interested to know what actor played him in different scenes, eg the opening Imperial Shuttle scene, the Endor scene when Luke surrenders, the Emperor's throne room scenes etc, I know Prowse is much taller than Anderson as well so it should be easy to tell I guess

Crew were also used for post production pick up shots. Matte photographer Craig Barron doubled up as Vader to film walking down the shuttle ramp on Endor, and I'm sure close up hand shots were also done by random people.
