Uzay At-At Driver price

Hi guys, I'm looking for an Uzay At At Driver figure but shocked after seeing the prices.

There are two for sale online:
The first one is on etsy and 990 dollars

Are these prices are normal? May I find it cheaper?

I'm no expert but I know they're rarely cheap, especially complete and graded

In my limited knowledge I'm not aware the AT-AT driver is any rarer than the rest of the line so it shouldn't carry a premium like head man or blue stars. I picked up a graded tie pilot a few years ago for a fraction of that price so my guess would say they're overpriced.
The problem will be whether you're prepared to hang on because they seldom come up for sale so you may be waiting a long time to find one for a more sensible price.
