US Seller tracking/insurance issue.

US seller has sold me an item and has lost tracking number.

Does have insurance number.

Can I find tracking number from insurance number?

I would think that the insurance number would link to the tracking number as they are both on the receipt.

You also get a copy of the customs form..with the customs number..that links to the tracking number...which I believe are the same.

Who throws away a tracking number..or loses it? I set on that stuff until I know everything is set. :wink:

Yeah, I am not sure what he means by insurance number as it all should be on the same receipt - who did he ship with Grant ?

there will be a record of post sent your address too mate, its all stored in the system if there was actually tracking.

He has found the tracking number and I believe as of this moment it should have just landed in the UK.
