Does anyone collect Twin Packs or know of a good reference site/thread? Is there such a thing as a complete list of parings or could it be anything?

I found the answer to the question I had here when Grant asked a similar question but anything anyone else has information wise would be great.

Until the 'book' comes out that thread is pretty much it for detail.

Be worth doing a search of the forums and seeing what other combos are out there to add to that thread.

One thing that has changed is that Han trench/bib combos are now more expensive. Seen a few change hands for around £100

I still think the two packs are very underrated

Fortunately I'm only in the hunt for one figure, doesn't matter who he is paired with. Unfortunately I get the impression the one I want isn't cheap so may take some time both in locating and saving but I'll happily add anything else I find on route to the list.

I was informed that the first 20 figures don't come up often.
I was delighted to be pointed to a Weequay & Luke X-Wing combo on eBay last year.

I think the two packs are cool. The only thing that puts me off is the bubbles always seem to be knackered. I would be interested to see a list of all the known parings, will keep an eye on this.

Yes, they will fit into a star case, since the cards are the same size. The bubbles stick out farther from the card though, so you'd have to get a deeper acrylic case. A case for a trilogo will fit a 2 pack.

I bloody love 2-Packs. I focus on Vader, and the Vader 2-Packs have become a sort of sub-focus to me. I have 7 so far:

Vader and IG88
Vader and Bib Fortuna
Vader and Rebel Commando
Vader and Prune Face
Vader and Gam Guard
Vader and Admiral Ackbar
Vader and Ree Yees

I know of a few other combos out there too and would love to add them to the collection, although most are already tied up in other focus collections. They are definitely cool from the perspective of their history, but they are rarely in great condition.

That is a cool focus Pat, I'm looking for a Kenobi one and any with Kay Bee, The Toy Box and The Toy Works stickers on.
Frank has mentioned seeing a Kenobi/Vader one before but I'd imagine that would take a massive sack of persuasion to wrest from whichever collection its in :lol:

- Lando Calrissian / Madine
- Madine / Han Trench

Neither fit either of my focus figures of Han Solo (original) and Rebel Soldier (Hoth).. one day maybe I'll come across one that does and trade them in/out, who knows... still love 'em though 8)

excuse my lack of knowledge in this area but were they ever on sale in the uk and what time or just US, I don't remember ever seeing them at the time and was it luck if the correct weapons were inside, as some seem to have no accessories at all, I assume this was to use up the surplus stock at the end of the toy line ???, :?:
