AFA are the problem, yes the ****wits that send them off want it in the first place (for greed :evil: ) but if grading companies didn't offer this service the ****wits wouldn't have anywhere to send them.

AFA should hang their heads in shame for this practice :x

I'm new to this practice. Is he deliberately cutting the bubbles off the cards and sending the loose figure off to get graded?

Very sad to see this, if they did open the cutcards. I hope they have been open since the 80s so it is not something that have been opened not long ago.
