Looks like some kind of prize draw. Doesn't say they'll be available to buy. Maybe someone else will know more...
So far they've only been available over-seas. I just sold one on ebay for well over what i payed for it. There are some for sale from Malaysia as well but none from UK sellers as far as i know.

Ah yeah, my mistake. I wonder how much they'll be.
They are modern but i owned one for about a week :? and he did look very cool. Had to sell him off but i wouldn't have minded keeping him.
