Tri logo/YPS stormie factory error?

I think this might be a factory error - the head isnt cracked or broken, anyone seen this before?
He's a Tri/YPS hoth trooper (circle holes in cape) will it detract from value?

Looks like a factory fault.

I have a factory fault hoth stormtooper with Jeremy Beadle leg.

Maybe someone with a focus would be interested.

Just a thought, it looks splayed ...like if the back bit with the v was lifted it slides into place and there is no gap :?:

I know mate all the ones that have passed through my hands have had the standard rifle, the black gun is from action force (Gi Joe) figures

It a a short shot from the factory. Considered a defect by the factory and would have been pitched if quality inspector had not been asleep at the time.
