Tri-Logo Luke Question

I've been watching a Tri-Logo Brown Haired Luke - Gunner Card on eBay wondering whether to have a go... then I noticed it doesn't seem to have a lightsaber in the bubble.

I'm not suggesting it is a recard but is it common to find tri-logos without accessories?

The saber is usually loose in the bubble with these Tri's rather than in the arm of the figure. I'd also expect this piece to realise approx £250.
