Tri Logo Ewok village

Hey guys. i am currently clearing out my room and some of the hauls i have got few weeks ago need to be shifted as i am only gonna be focusing on completing the loose figures. The first one is the boxed Tri Logo ewok village. I have to say it is in complete C minus 1 condition lol! The Village seems to be completed but there is one fence missing as i seem to have a duplicate fence for one area which is odd. Two of the clip on base seem to be broken as they wont clip on. Other than that i seem to have everything there. I reckon this is only good for spares if anyone is looking for spares. Oh also have an instruction leaflet for it. Price wise i have no idea how to value it. Some of you fellas were saying i could get a few bob from it but i doubt it from the condition of the box and some broken parts. Hope you can help a star wars fella out here. Will attach all the images i took of it below.

Found this slipped out of the box. Wonder what it is??

For the village itself I would say £30-40. I have no idea what the box does to the value- The instructions are probably worth £10-15 as they are bi/tri logo.

All in I would say £60-70 would be a fair price.
