Trash monster prices?

Hi, just a quick ask to find out what I should be paying for a trash monster. There's one on eBay for £28.50, is this high or about right?

Any help gratefully received.

Prices seem to be climbing on this drastically recently, I think I paid about 18 for mine a couple of years back, but I have seen them going for almost 40 recently :shock:
