I'm guessing early 2000's.

I think I started getting MOC from around 2001

So it would be somewhere between 2001 and 2004

Because it's frowned upon to sell toytoni MOCs, it's made it difficult to do research.

Some people seem to actively collect them.

So as long as people are honest up front, I don't see a problem in selling.

Personally I must have many TT. Not overly bothered to upgrade them to original, but I guess I will over time
