Toy Toni?

Need help to figure if this figure is legit or a toy toni. Unfortunately I don't know enough to find out for myself.
Any guides out there that I can look at?

At first glance it looks good to me. May need to post closer photos of the bubble and seal area. Not sure if this card is on the list of affected cards. Member Mr Palitoy has a guide on this subject.
