Hi guys I am feeling much better as many of you maybe know I have had stress and Teeth Grinding for more than a year because I had inflammation in a tooth last year that my old dentist could not see and no one have been able to help me so far. I got in contact with another maxillofacial physiotherapist who are the first one who have found my problem. My tounge was not relaxing in my mouth anymore it was not placed correct in my mouth when I think I relax. It was in the bottom of my mouth she said I need to get my tounge up again in the top of my mouth because that is where it can only relax but that was not easy I have been training for 2 months and some weeks ago I got a lot of pain and thought something was wrong with my teeth. I was told it can hurt a lot to get the tounge back in the top of the mouth when it has not been there for maybe 1 year or more. Last friday I was at something called Kranio Sakral therapy and she got me to relax a lot more so I have not been Teeth Grinding now for 9 days, most of the pain are now gone and I have not been sleeping with my bite rail for 9 days now. I still have maybe 5% pain but I think it will go away in time and that I never will have to sleep again with a ****ing bite rail.

But I am back again. Monday I will do toy of the week again
