Top 100 Star Wars figures of all time......

I had to sign up to let you know how great this list is. I am glad everyone at Mania actually collects star wars figures!

Now I realise not everybody is going to agree with a 'Top 100' list but come on, Anakin totally deserves that number one spot he is easily the best figure in the vintage line my only complaint is that Aunt Beru didnt come in at number 2.

Anakin is a very rare bird too with only a handfull available on E-bay as a toy he has an amazing robe sculpt over one of those cheap looking vinyl or cloth capes and doesnt come with any easy to lose accesories so he is totally idiot proof. He is the figure everybody wanted as kid.

Sorry to sign up just to post flattering positive comments but his article really is the best!

Ha ha yes Mania in other words the best place for Anakin is a home for elderly people since he's got an incontinence problem.
 
Sorry JC I couldn't resist :) good comment though, the list is terrible and I can't believe Anakin made it to number 1... At least he was vintage is about the best I can say!
 
Just re-read some of the crap relating to why certain figures according to the author are on the list

Aunt Beru: it took way too long to get her, she had to make it the list Nice Grammar mate :roll:
Luke Skywalker Yavin Ceremonial Outfit: finally Luke in normal clothes and a sweet jacket What????
Wioslea: come on, did you really think this guy wouldn't make the list? Umm....yes I did also Wioslea is not a guy

I'm not into this expanded universe crap, but no-one makes Boba Fett look timid, especially when they look like Charles Hawtrey dressed as a cowboy with his face painted blue.

Agreed that this comment is total bollocks, but don't discount EU characters completely...

I was a bit like this when our kid chose a Cad Bane figure in Sainsburys over some cool old school characters. Then I started watching Clone Wars :) Today I saw an episode in which Asajj Ventress (bad-ass Jedi witch) made a young Boba Fett look a right bellend. ****ing love it :D

Yup, I thought Cad was a bell end with his cowboy hat, all a bit of a western rip off. But he is quite good in the Clone Wars episodes I saw him in, having said that Fetts Jet Pack beats Cads Jet shoes any day of the week.
 
****ing load of shite. It's as if you gave a kid a picture of every SW figure ever made and said pick your favourite. Even then, how does Anakin come top?
