Tomy Japan 2005 remote control R2-D2

Hi, I'm new to posting in forums, so unsure where to post. I'm wondering if anyone could give me a rough valuation of a 2005 Tomy (Japan) remote control R2-D2. It's mint in packaging and roughly to the 3.75 inch figure scale.
Bought it as kind of a souvenir of my original childhood star Wars collection that I had dug out of the attic and sold on eBay.
