As some people are aware I recently had a slight mishap on ebay and managed to buy 2 yak faces, (my finger slipped honest gov).
Can't decide which to keep both have some paint wear on hands and back shoulder. One has a much paler face and one has more flesh coloured I'm assuming its fading but not sure?
Paid about £80 for each.

Yes but the white headed yak is something I have not seen before. Not sure it's fading as its uniform across the whole head. Booths sets of hands are the same colour.

could be plastic degradation of simply a different tone of plastic, either way its not going to add any value, unless it really is discoloured, its hard to tell without good hd shots.

That's the one I was keeping but saw an old thread on ig about a white headed yak

The pale-face Yak is something i've mentioned before. I own quite a few of them and about 1/4 of them have a much paler face. Not sure what is is whether it's degradation or a variation. I'm not really a variation man so don't really care but it is kind of interesting. What i will say is the pale face Yak is never linked to the condition of the Yak. I have a couple of what i would call mint C9+ Yaks with Pale faces.
Either way it's nothing to worry about. It's very common and doesn't detract from value.
