Tip on creating space for private messages

I only just realised but you can in fact create and add more folders to your profile.

It seems that each folder you create has another limit of 200 messages which saves you deleting your old ones.

I just made one called "old pm's" and copied a quarter of mine over.

Nice one Joe I'm sick to the back teeth of working out which 4 or 5 PM's to delete (trying to avoid deleting important ones like on going deals, research, contact details, catch ups etc etc) just to make room for my incoming messages that pop up as on hold.

We must be more popular than you Chris, I deleted all my stored /sent messages and still ran out of room :lol:

Here is how to do it, supposedly each new folder gets a 200 limit..

Update- This works a treat! Each new folder gets room for an additional 200 messages like I thought , I now
have 2 old messages folder , a nice neat inbox and each new message I get that I read and reply to I can just send them
over to my new folders woohooo :mrgreen:

Well - After today I have found one snag

You can only have 4 storage boxes (200 messages in each) plus your 200/200 inbox

So in total 1,000 messages , any more and you have to start deleting them as you can't add
a fifth folder.

Hope at least its helped a bit! I just got ****ed off with it and deleted all my storage folders
and now going to restart the cycle
