Tie Interceptor cardboard insert

Hi Folks!

I am looking for some close pics,scan,sizing or anything about the interceptor cardboard insert. Maybe somebody can help me. I want to make one because my missing, but impossible to find usable pics on the net. I know that is's really hard because the shape of it. But this is the only way to preserve the box from crush.
