Thoughts on possible repro?

Bought this to complete a figure I've got. Can't really match it to any of the legit TIG ones so I'm a bit concerned it's repro. It's very smooth, black and floats.

Any help please?

AJ will probably chime in but I believe that there are no jet black blasters for the Jawa and that these are a known repro

Thanks Iain, it looks a lot like that one in the thread you posted. Hopefully a couple of other people can confirm that's it's a repro 100% but it's looking like it is. :roll:

I think it's a repo it looks too black try holding it up to a light and see if it goes slightly translucent

Meh sorry, I've compared it against a proper black weapon and it's actually blue/black. There is no flex in it, if I tried to bend it I'm sure it would snap.

looks repo, have checked with mine and this one in the pics looks like it has too much flashing.

Seller is doing a refund, no arguments. Will put a post up in sellers to avoid, he has 1800+ feedback but not really a SW seller. He knew it was repro I think.
