You are correct. As it says in the title (in massive letters :wink: ) this is a list to block buyers.
You can't block sellers. Not from selling to you.

Absolutely make sure you block this seller. Left me negative feedback saying he never received item. I checked his feedback and he leaves negative feedback every time he buys something. About 20 of them in a row!

This eBay user is a complete cluster ****. Wins two auctions I combine the postage and send an invoice then nothing. Send another invoice then nothing. After the third unanswered invoice I open a claim and HE GOES ****ING MENTAL! Largely claims he didn't know the difference between USD and GBP. **** the **** and get him blocked. Utter ****ing knobrot.

Ah! It appears that this "kstetx11" is Chewy Dewback on the Facebook Groups. Bear in mind guys
