Yeah the saber and Stormies were the things that stood out for me otherwise disappointed for the lack of the old skool crew

I felt the same Jorn didn't mind that at all, let's face it this is a huge task JJ has been set trying to make us old farts happy and at the same time get a new generation of kids interested.

I don't want to see a remake of the original trilogy but I do want it to feel like them, the novelty themes throughout the original three like Tie Fighters being shaped like Bow Ties, Mon Calamari looking like Squid. Harking back to traditional and recognisable designs and making them look hand made dirty and used. I'm certain I'll enjoy this film and I'm thankful my 7 yr old son is at a perfect age to enjoy them with me.. So long as there's no mention of midiclorians and the bad guys don't know Karate I'll be happy.

And yes Joe it's 3am here, I had my earphones on up full and I **** myself when the first bloke popped up. :lol:

Just had to put this on Sonnys Kindle for him and he asked me to watch it :?

Just my opinion, but i fear another Phantom Menace in the making. Im afraid that CGI will be overused and ruin it. The only bit i even remotely liked was seeing the X wings and Falcon, but the X wings looked weird that close to the ground even though they may be doing a similar bombing run as the DS trenches.

Still not interested in it though

Also, are the rumours about Luke killing Han true?? If so it would ruin the whole Star Wars saga and would make Luke as bad as Vader. Maybe this is a bit of EU but hearing it so muchy is worrying, even though i will NOT watch the new movies.

Watched it about 6 times with my two kids age 4 and 2, every time the unmasked stormtrooper made them jump at the start.

Defo got the origional trilogy feeling already. 8)
