Found some cabinet lights from Ikea i bought about 6 months ago. The range was called NON - not sure if they still do them - it has two light fittings that screw to the top of the cabinet on the inside - then one thin cable comes from these lights (make a small hole in the backing of the cabinet where it slides in from the top) and then they connect into a 110v transformer.
I'd send them you but i bought it as spares for the downstairs cabinets as the 110v transformers don't last forever.

cheers pal, I can see what you mean but it also says on the website to ensure that things are 4" away from them due to the heat!

that was a while ago Ron, dont have them in the same room anymore and have toned down collection massively, just vintage stuff apart from my ST helmet and FX sabres

they used to be really pricey but you can pick them up for about £40 each I think mate.

Off to Ikea tomorrow to finally pick up my Bertby (and some meatballs)! Can't wait.
I'm not sure what to do for lighting it. I'm going to have a look at what hey have in stock and see what looks the most suitable. I'll try and pot some photos up after I have it finished.
