Just got around installing a wall cabinet I bought from Argos for displaying my loose figure collection.
It's made by TechStyle products and is made from wood with six removable glass shelves.
Dimensions are H900mm x W500mm x D100mm and costs just under £60.
The build quality wasn't great on the first one I received, I complained and received free replacements for all the wood components. The problems I had with the first unit was with the finish of the wood which had patchy varnishing and some of the panels displayed knocks.
As you will see from the following pics the shelf spacing is perfect for loose figures and it can easily hold up to 56 figures. It does come with a glass panel to slide in the front but to be honest it weighs a tonne and I don't trust either the screws holding the bottom shelf on or the plaster board wall fixings to support the weight. I might look into getting some clear Perspex cut to size but its not an airtight fit so dust would always find a way to get in.
The backboard that comes with the unit is a light grey but I wanted that Kenner card back look. Because its been too cold to paint outside I instead bought for a couple of quid a metre square of yellow (sunflower) PVC sheet which I simply stapled to the backing board with DIY staples.
