Being a massive fan of H.R. Giger and the original Alien film, I simply had to get myself one of these,…
Love the simplistic packaging, and the fact it says NOT A TOY on it.. not sure if I should get the whole set…

Anyone else?

They do look cool. I would love it if they released the UDE droids and ewoks.

im drawn to these aswel .nice packaging and colours ,i much prefare the 1st sky blue cards 8) and strangely i like them all apart from the alien ones.
i did come across someone selling them all in the uk for 9.99 each but cant find it now

This is a great collection although the blue cards will cost more as they are only available with the pre-orders made from the SDCC early bird set. I was lucky to get one of these sets through ebay and the five figures came with a six being a clear (ish) Alien figure. It seems like this chase figure is going for fairly big bucks due to it's limited availability but it was a nice surprise.

That all being said above though I do quite like the black card backs and think they're a nice collection to get. There's only 5 in the set (excluding the chase one), and with no vehicles to buy into (so far), I think it's a nice piece of 'what could have been' to have. The end of the day I've seen custom Star Wars figures go for a bigger price and feel that these are a nicely finished product for the general price.

I guess we will all have to see if these hold their value in the future but it seems like most people on here collect because they love collecting and not to make a quick buck so I'm happy to have a set in my collection.
