That looks like a Takara bump & go R2 D2 https://sites.google.com/site/takarastarwars/takarastarwarstoysandactionfigure2 The $125 price seems reasonable, there is a one listed on Ebay from the USA for $ 250 and one from Japan for $ 350 both accepting best offers .
