I'll back out too if the heavyweight t-shirt is the only option. Apologies, but I just don't find those shirts comfortable, especially in hot weather. Sorry for messing you guys about, I honestly didn't realise before I registered my interest.

They should have t-shirts with lower gsm. Maulster should get in touch. I have no idea about gsm and don't know what the issue is but i know these companies usually have 140gsm tees. I'm sure it can be worked out.

I have contacted the company.

He said heavy weight shirts are 210gsm

190gsm is standard.

160gsm is 'value' shirts that are ok for promotion, but he believes that we would be unhappy with the product.

Personally- I thought a T-shirt was a T-shirt, but there you go.

Yeah we don't want a flimsy t-shirt. You want thick-ish cotton like fruit of the loom t-shirts.

I've just read that Fruit of the Loom shirts are about 160-165gsm.

You know Grant, you could probably get him to send you a sample of each. Just blank ones to see the quality and thickness.
