Mate you need to create this a vector artwork rather than anything in a bitmap format (ie High res Photosjhop files)
You'll get a better print and its much easier for screen printers to work with.

No probs mate.

I created it in Illustrator so its just a case of saving it in a different format. Despite the advantages using vector for print I would have thought for a t-shirt print the difference would be negligible.
