Hey guys

So I am thinking about parting with one of the above Mocs to put the funds towards a very rare pre production piece.

I am looking for some help on deciding which one to sell and keep. If my fellow collectors and friends could give there opinion and the reason why ? For example will cost more to purchase back ? Like the Palitoy card better , whatever your options I would like to hear them !

I am looking to purchase back whatever I sell in the future. It's not an easy decision for me to make and will be sad to let the Moc go for now . I am also parting with my 12 bk GDE to fund the purchase. Only selling due to currently being unemployed.

Hi mate, sorry to read you have to sell some parts of your collection If I was you I would sell the Kenner. I think the palitoy would be very hard to find again.

I agree with the above, Kenner AFA 85 will be easier to find than an AFA 85 Palitoy in my opinion although these high grades do seem to be going for a fairly large sum nowadays.

All the best with finding some work soon and hopefully it won't be too long before you're back with which ever one you decide to let go of.

I think an 12 Back C3PO is lots easier to get then the Palitoy in AFA85 grade.
The C3PO falls in the same class as the DSC and Sandpeople imo.

The one thing the Kenner has got in it's favour is it being an A back and that means it will always be the most coin of the Kenner 12 backs to get (for 3PO), but it would depend on that being an important factor when buying back. I was always happy with either of the three backs (A,B or C) when I put a set together years ago as the fronts look the same but I know people have different preferences. That all said though the Palitoy at the same grade should always be a higher price to buy back as well as harder to find.

Another vote here for the Kenner which IMO would be much easier to reaquire than a Pali

The best offer accepted one went for around $1400 and that was a C back with not as good grades as yours. It looks like the price is still climbing so hopefully you'll be in luck. Also remember it's pay day at the end of the week for some.

Nice one Ian that is allot of coin for that C Bk, I would be happy with the same amount that C Bk got , $1400 would be a good score for what I paid for it if prices continue like this I wont be able to buy one back , I will be happy with an ungraded one tbh.

I will shove it on the bay in the next couple of days see how I get on.
