Looking at this listing:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....om=R40&_trksid=m37&satitle=200140470472&fvi=1
i have noticed that the current winning bidder tienette( 2 ) has already won the listed item before (AFA number 10478200) see listing Item number: 200127761596, its funny also that this member tienette has won multiple greenrs1972 auctions many a times and currently bidding on his other items. To me this is very suspicious and i have sent him an email asking him to explain how this listing has re-appeared having already been sold.

What do you guys reckon?

response:

'Hi, Thanks for getting in touch. I watch my items very carefully and take my reputation on ebay seriously, especially now I am selling quite a lot. Yes, I can easily explain what happened there. I sold the item to him and he asked to return it, even after we echanged feedback, which is always irritating on graded items. Since I actually bother to make the effort to allow returns I ended up taking it back. I have no idea why he is bidding on it again but I think it would be reasonable to ask him, which I will try to do. Rest assured, if I don't get a satisfactory response then I will cancel his bids. I don't want to just cancel his bids since he has actually bought things from me before.

By the way, I have seemingly listed things twice before, once when I listed the wrong details for a graded figure that I had two of and once when I listed an item that I sold 18 months earlier that I thought I still had. I think I'm a bit better organised now, at least I hope so. Please feel free to bid in good faith on any of my items, I am a genuinely honest seller and I believe I look after my customers very well. New customers are always welcome and I do appreciate you raising your concerns.

Regards,

Ryan'

and funny enough his bid has ben retracted on this listing but if you check his others you will find that tienette( 2 ) has been busy jacking those prices up.

I noticed he had cancelled that Tiennette's bid. His explanation could hold, there are plenty of ****ing idiots out there. Or it could just be this person bought one item and didn't like it so they returned it but, they are still interested in his other items.

I've seen the seller listing quite a few high end graded figures, and especially, vehicles and play sets over the past few months.

I would be a wee bit wary all the same.

Just noticed Rodesianboy is bidding on a few of his auctions as well, although it could just be two newby's, hard to say.

He's busted

Tiennette only bids on his items

http://cgi6.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBidItems&userid=tienette&completed=1&all=1&rows=25&sort=3

Rhodesian boy has a good bid history though, all his bids were on the same day which is a bit dodgy but he bids on other peoples goods too.

Report that shill bidding seller now

I can't understand why someone would bother with shill bidding. If you ain't confident you are going to get the price you want then don't put it on an auction, list it on an ebay shop or with a buy it now and accept offers. The risk is, as with this bloke, you get found out and your rep gets damaged. When your selling high end stuff a good reputation is vital.

I was watching his Imperial Cruiser but that has disappeared rather than being ended. I wonder if ebay have ended it as they usually disappear from your watched items when that happens :?

Maybe he's been rumbled?

I was watching that as well! Nice item, I wanted to kow what it was gonna go for. I hadn't even noticed it had gone though. Looks like he has been rumbled!
Did you report him Jukesy?

No believe it or not, i was beaten to it by the looks of things. I know his rating was 100% but i was just a little too suspicious of his listings and the value they were up to at the time of me looking.
