Surely not the going rate for a boxed vader tie fighter

Just seen this go on the bay for a whopping £165:

Great price if your selling and glad I got mine a couple of years back if this is what they are going for now
Saw a boxed cloud car go last week for nearly £90.
Dont think the vader tie box is anywhere mint though. What are your thoughts on prices for boxed stuff these days?

Yeah...i was watching that...and no way is that the going rate even with inserts. I wouldnt have thought much move than£80-£100 tops, it was in very nice condition. There's currently one on in the states which with p&p to the uk doesnt break the £100 mark and thathas inserts....knock on effect of the palitoy vcj????

I recently got my DV Palitoy Tie Fighter (certainly as good if not better than the one above) and it cost just short of £90. But saying that I just purchased a Palitoy Cloud Car (in box with inserts etc - see latest acquisitions ) and the price was pushed up to £128!!!!! Was gutted as my boxed Palitoy Death Star didn't cost much more than that :shock:
