Successful trip to UKG

Thought I'd post on here as it's been some time since I posted a latest acquisition on the SWFUK!

I know professional grading isn't everyone's thing but I have certainly become v pro grading over the years as I am a firm believer in the preservation of fully factory sealed pieces!

So here is my latest pick up, a virtually mint Palitoy 20 back Power Droid unpunched that received the coveted 85 grade at UK Graders yesterday!

Nice, and I can understand why you get these graded.
It's always the posting of a graded MOC that worries me, but if you can collect in person that removes that worry.

Yes I have to agree. I once knew of someone who sent a Palitoy 30 back Boba Fett to AFA!!
Thankfully it completed the round trip safe and got back to the owner

Always got huge love for the little blue box as he's my focus figure, very nice 20 back example there & easily my favorite cardback, the death star makes it pop.

I'm to paranoid to have MOC's graded myself or even buy them graded as I like others have serious worries about them making it safe in the post, so I just get slide back cases from UKG for any carded I have, I do actually have one graded MOC & it's also a PD, but I often consider busting him loose & getting a slide back for him, but it's not going anywhere, so I never bothered.
