Storing carded figures

Not sure of this is in the right place.

Where do people think is best to store MOC figures?? I keep mine on a shelf in the top of my built in wardrobe which means they are free from sunlight and heat.

I've heard stories of people keeping stuff in the loft and because of the temperature differences through the year the bubble come of cards and discolour and the card back diteriarate (not sure if thats how to spell it)

Asking as i will soon be running out of room in the wardrobe so will be looking for somewhere else to store them.

Get a display cabinet of some kind and get them on display :wink:

That will be my plan in the long run chewie, thing is my little one seems to be like a moth to a flame with my star wars stuff. When I had the lego pieces on display, she was like a bowling ball, lego flying everywhere. Prob give it another year until she's 3, then i'll get a nice cabinet with multiple locks so she cant get in !!

In that case definitely wait a little while, My youngest is a 4 year old boy and i waited until he was old enough to know to leave the display cabinet alone :wink: He's good as gold, he has his toys and he likes to look at "Daddies Dollies" as Mrs.Chewie calls them in the display cabinet :lol:
