I bought some stuff of this guy a couple of times, but my second lot I bought on 6th December still has not shown up and he is giving me the run around for a refund.

Just wondering if anyone knows the guy?

He's bought a few items offa me in the past then put them in his shop for x1.5 the amount he has won them for,but that's his choice.

Never had a any probs with him though.

I am still waiting on a moc chief chirpa purchased on the 19th dec,he has not provided me with tracking info but has replied to the odd message although he doesnt appear to fussed either way if i'm being honest.

I have now opened a pp dispute over it,it's only £25 but still it's the principle and the fact that i'm as tight as a nuns arse.

I think he just got overloaded on packages, did anyone keep track on how much he sold in the past month or so? :shock: I hate it when I have to label up more than one package (it gets done mind, after the listing ends :lol so I am sure he just got in a bit of a muckin fuddle. I can remember some of my mintest figures coming from him.

Chaz - I'v purchased from him before as well and never had problems so I do find it a bit odd,his feedback is good too.

The problem is you can only wait so long before filing a claim as you'l miss out totally if you miss the deadline to claim.

I have unfortunately dealt with him. To begin with he was very good and I spent quite a lot of money with him but then he started sending me repro **** even tho it's all listed as original. He did offer a refund but I wanted him to send me what was described in the listing but he wouldn't. AVOID UNLESS YOU'RE REALLY CERTAIN YOU CAN TELL REPRO FROM ORIGINAL......THE GUY GETS YOUR MONEY AND DOESN'T GIVE A ****.

I bought from him last month and the figure was sent out pretty quick and was is good nick, however it was slightly over graded which i put in my feedback,

however a mate bought several from him and when they turned up at least three where not the ones he had advertised ( pictured ) he got a full refund though
