I was thinking the same thing. Perhaps David can let us know.
If it starts at 11, maybe members from here could meet up a bit before in a Starbucks or something. It gives us an hour for introductions and the rest. Just a thought.

Hi guys,

sorry not been on for a few days, caught up with one thing or another.
Right the show does not open until 11.00am, so don't rush yourselves, I'm figuring there might some sore heads on Sunday morning

Entry fee is a wallet breaking £1.00 for adults and 50p for under 13's. All this goes towards the hire of the hall, equipment, print etc.

At present there are about 7 confirmed traders (waiting to hear on another 3/4) and one artist (possibly another?), Jedi News and Curto Burns Podcast.
There will be a schedule of announcements/ presentations to go up this week, which include the Palitoy presentation, Jedi News presentation, Curto Burns Podcast recording etc. These will run throughout the day in the hall

Updated the attendee list, not sure if that is right or not, so sorry if I missed anyone, or folk who can't make it, just let me know, but it is looking like a good gathering.
I don't know if he is here or not, but some folk might know Stuart Burns (Burnsy) who I know is coming down (with his Fett outfit to boot).

I'm looking forward to it, I have entry into the 'They'll Never Make That Again' user contributed exhibit, and will be off to the town hall to test some equipment for the presentations at 10 this morning (oh yes, it's all complicated high-tech I tell you)

Nope, but there are 4 pubs and refreshments should be available in the hall if you're thinking of food/ drink?

At first i thought this was a small get together between just us but now i guess not, so really hope get to meet everyone here whos going as do hate it when someone i know forum wise goes to an event and i dont get to meet them because i dont know what they look like.

I've just spent a couple of hours shoehorning my new 5th detolf into the collection and had a bit of a rearrange, i've got one MOC in the post and 6 to collect on Sunday, and that is before i've seen what the other exhibitors have for sale!!

Looking forward to having Iain over tomorrow and meeting Chris and Grant. I have already got the beers in

Really looking forward to the social night at Jez's with Jez(obviously), Iain and Grant. Be a nice ice breaker seeing as Ive only spoken to everyone over a web page.
