Star Wars Vintage collection advise please

Hope people can help just got my Star Wars collection that I had when I was a kid a few years ago ;-) from my parents attic and just wonted some advise on what It would be worth have added picture, your comments would be appreciated

Some nice bits in there - shame you look to be missing most of the weapons but at a rough glance I would say you have at least £600-£700 worth there

I love the variety you get when you see someone's childhood collection unearthed!

It's great sometimes to see a child's imagination run wild with swapping weapons, cloaks, helmets etc. I also love to see random figures placed in vehicles they have no business being in...!

Great childhood collection. If it were me they'd be going nowhere but I'm obsessed with tiny plastic men and perhaps you are not, we'll at least not anymore my childhood collection was given away and it hurts so be sure you are totally ready to let go.

I see the Ewoks have been having a hat swapping party

If you try to sell individually you'll get more out of it but it's much easier to offload in one go, where are you based?

All the boxed stuff is worth reasonable money and you have a few 'last 17' figures that are worth quite a bit. There's a lot there that's pretty much worthless too, but definitely some nice bits

Agreed, at this stage the guy is asking for valuations, not lowball offers via PM. Give everyone a chance to deal with him if he wants to sell.

:lol: no Ed it's been a running joke with Liam that as soon as he PMs people they disappear. He doesn't low ball then he gives them advice on photos and stuff.

Although it is a good point - low ball offers tend to see people disappear to ebay I think.

Thanks for the advise guys I have offers for a few figures etc and the hole lot :shock: Well I'm not to sure if to keep them or not really, I know a few might be worth a little and some would be hard to get rid of as they are not worth much, I used to spend hours when I was a kid and was obsessed with Star Wars it will always be in my hart, but it's been 10+ years in my parents attic and it would still be there if they wasn't moving, I'm based around Spalding grantham area :evil:

Will have to have a good think about weather I won't to keep them or sell them, if I keep them I think they would just be put in my attic

Best idea mate, have a good think to decide if you let them go, or not or you may regret it in the future :roll:
