I've hogged the tv this weekend because it's Star Wars Saturday on sky and the kids are a bit bored with me going on about 1977 blah blah dad , I'm thinking I've bored them that much on it they might now thinking Star Wars 7 no thanks dad ,and I'll be down the odeon Billy no mates :lol: I've Star Wars over killed it

I have three kids, 23, 19, and 13, my eldest Gemma loves it she has started collecting the figures, thats my girl! my other two are not bothered at all, i may have overdone it with them

That never stopped me, my 6 year old loves Star Wars. Working on the 3 year old!!

going to see the new film in the cinema will be the highlight of the year for me, although have not watched any of the three original films all the way through since the special editions came out.

If your kids aren't showing interest then they haven't seen Star Wars enough times. That's the only explanation I can come up with :wink:

My 3 year old boy has watched the origional trilogy all the way through without blinking. My 5 year old daughter runs out of the room as soon as Darth Vader appears on the screen and the only part she wants to watch is the end of episode 3 when the baby's are born. :lol:

Hoping the new one will get a PG so I can take my son.
